Please refer to the checkup institution list (approximately 150 locations) provided in the pamphlet enclosed in the envelope. Checkup institutions will be crowded from November, so we recommend getting checked as early as possible.

It can be completed in an hour, at the earliest. Feel free to ask when making appointment. Some checkup institutions offer evening appointments after 6 PM or on weekends, and walk-in checkups without prior reservation.

Please contact the medical institution where you made the appointment and inform them of any changes or cancellations.

Person who turn 40 within the fiscal year can take Specific health checkups.
By the way, National Health Insurance Complete Physical Examination can be taken from the day you turned 30 years old.
By understanding your current health condition and maintaining a healthy lifestyle, you can protect your future health.

Specific health checkups can be received until the day before your 75th birthday.
*If you are over 75, please take checkups carried out by the Later-stage Elderly Medical Care System. Please contact the Elderly Insurance Office at 048-259-7653.
Please note that you cannot take both specific health checkups under the National Health Insurance and checkups under the Later-stage Elderly Medical Care System in the same fiscal year.

If you are not enrolled in Kawaguchi City's National Health Insurance as of the date of this examination, you will not be able to take the specific health examination.

Only person who are enrolled in Kawaguchi City's National Health Insurance are eligible for the specific health checkup.

Please consult with the medical institution where you had a medical examination, first. In case the medical institution not responds to the issuance of it, please contact the specific medical examination call center then we will give you a further arrangement.
