The details for the Specific Health Checkup conducted by Kawaguchi City National Health Insurance for the fiscal year 2024 are as follows:
Target:
People aged 40 to 74 who are enrolled in Kawaguchi City National Health Insurance.
- This includes individuals who will turn 40 in the fiscal year 2024.
- People aged 75 and older are eligible for health checkups under the Late-stage Elderly Medical Care System.
Examination Period
From June 1, 2024 to February 28, 2025. (Please note that checkups cannot be conducted in March).
Medical Checkup ticket is required for taking Specific Health Checkup and the National Health Insurance Complete Physical Examination (aged 40 and above).
- People who do not qualify for Kawaguchi City National Health Insurance on the day of this examination cannot take the checkup.
- Under the same fiscal year, you cannot receive the Specific Health Checkup more than twice or receive both the National Health Insurance Human Dock Examination and the Specific Health Checkup concurrently.
If you undergo the examination, you will be responsible for the cost of the later medical examination (screening).
Checkup Process

STEP01. Application
Select a medical institution from this website or others, and make an application by phone.

STEP02. Take the Checkups
On the day of your appointment, please bring the items listed below and take the checkup at the medical institution.

Subsequently, you will receive an explanation of the checkup results from the physician at the medical institution where you received the checkup.

FAQ
Please refer to the checkup institution list (approximately 150 locations) provided in the pamphlet enclosed in the envelope. Checkup institutions will be crowded from November, so we recommend getting checked as early as possible.
